Job summary

S&L Hospitality is seeking Hotel Front Desk / Guest Service agents for a Friday–Sunday 3pm–11pm shift, with potential cross-utilization for additional hotel opportunities. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, can work independently, solve problems, and maintain a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, and providing local information while keeping the front desk organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Front desk or related customer service experience.
• Familiarity with PMS software.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Detail-oriented and guest-focused.
• Professional, calm demeanor.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and manage all stages of a guest's stay.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Provide local information and act as liaison for hotel guests.
• Keep front desk informed on hotel, area attractions, and events.
• Process payments and follow cashier procedures accurately.
• Maintain a clean, neat front desk area.
