Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Sioux Falls Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver friendly, efficient guest service on a part-time basis. Shifts typically run 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with weekend availability required.

You will be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, and coordinating with team members to ensure a World Class stay. Ideal candidates are detail oriented with strong communication skills and a background in customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Detail oriented.
• Customer service experience helpful.
• Works well alone and with others.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests politely and handles inquiries in person and on the phone.
• Follows check-in/check-out processes and completes administrative duties.
• Works with sales and staff to provide excellent guest experiences.
• Maintains a clean, fully stocked lobby and front desk area; orders supplies when needed.
• Keeps the communication log up to date with hotel developments.
• Upholds the hotel’s core values and delivers World Class service.
