B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a front desk professional for a full-time role at a SpringHill Suites-style property in Sterling, VA. You will handle check-ins/outs, assist guests with reservations, and respond to requests with warmth and efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.

This position is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service. This position is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following SpringHill Suites high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.

This is a full-time position with a varying schedule (including weekends) working the AM and/or PM shifts.

The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F. Saul Company & Affiliates total compensation package, which also includes access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
