Responsabilidades

• The Guest Services Representative answers the property’s phones, makes reservations, checks guests in/out and interacts with guests to create a memorable, personalized experience.
• Uses the property management system to manage reservations, check-in/out, process payments, and handle cash drawer.
• Anticipates and resolves guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally to exceed expectations.
• Employs sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
