Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Virginia Guesthouse is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and be the go-to source for hotel and local area information. You will help resolve issues, WOW guests, and promote hotel programs in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for long shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training provided for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Proficient in computer systems and basic software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, ensure proper credit or payment processing, note special requests.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests with timely service.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
• Interact professionally with other departments and staff.
• Know and follow emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and post transactions per procedures.
• Communicate information to the manager on duty.
• Support other departments as needed.
