Job summary

Ignite Hotels’ Holiday Inn Richland on the River is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service, assist with check-in/check-out, and support daily front office operations in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires friendly, professional communication, multitasking ability, and basic computer skills; PMS experience is a plus. Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Friendly, professional communication with a service-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; PMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Answer phones and manage emails.
• Support loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives as directed.
• Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
