Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure friendly, efficient, error-free check-in and check-out for all guests.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities and provide directions.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette, transfer calls, take messages, and make reservations.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges to guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration.
