Ignite Hotels, managing the Holiday Inn Richland on the River, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent (Guest Service) to deliver outstanding guest service, assist with check-in/check-out, and support daily front office operations in Richland, WA.

As the first and last impression, you will greet guests, handle inquiries, process reservations, manage payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and promote loyalty programs. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills; PMS experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and perform check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest questions and requests professionally.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Answer phones and manage emails.
• Support loyalty programs and local marketing initiatives.
