Ignite Hotels seeks a Front Desk Agent at Fairfield Inn and Suites Wenatchee to deliver exceptional guest service. You will help with check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and maintain lobby standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of PMS systems is a plus, reflecting our emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred (hotel front desk a plus).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out.
• Handle guest questions and requests promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations, room assignments and payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling procedures and front desk policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Answer phones and manage emails and guest inquiries.
