Job summary

Hilton Raleigh is seeking a Front Desk Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, manage reservations, and provide exceptional service at the Embassy Suites property. You will check guests in and out, handle billing inquiries, and coordinate with bell staff to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to use a computerized front desk system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is desirable.
• Hospitality/front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort in a computerized environment.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out following proper procedures and verify payment details.
• Accurately make reservations for guests staying at the hotel.
• Protect the security and privacy of guests and handle sensitive information.
• Coordinate with bell/driver staff to ensure timely pickup and drop-off of guests.
• Input wakeup call details into the PBX/guest system and maintain logs.
• Assist guests with billing inquiries and room rate questions.
• Answer questions about hotel amenities, locations, and operating hours.
• Support management with day-to-day arrivals, HHonors assignments, and amenity distribution.
