Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Front Desk Agent to check guests in and out courteously, process payments, and provide information on hotel services. You will work with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold all hotel policies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in a hotel or high-end retail setting, plus the ability to comply with gaming regulations. Strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; retail customer service experience is a plus.
• 1–3 years experience in a hotel or high-end retail environment is required.
• Ability to comply with state gaming regulations and obtain a license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs according to hotel procedures.
• Handle payments and processing with accuracy; manage cash when designated.
• Answer department phones within 3 rings with proper greeting and etiquette; provide concierge-style guest information.
• Promote positive guest relations and communicate services available in packages.
• Maintain guest history files and communicate VIP arrivals to designated staff.
• Document guest requests/complaints and resolve issues promptly (within 30 minutes).
• Assist other Front Office areas as needed; provide tours of guest rooms when required.
