Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Front Office Assistant Manager to oversee the Front Office Department in Bossier City.

The role supervises Guest Service Agents, Rooms Control, Night Auditors, and Bell Persons, ensuring smooth front desk operations, deposits, and billing while maintaining guest satisfaction. The candidate should have 3–5 years of high-volume hotel front office experience with a four-year degree or equivalent, and be able to work in a venue with alcohol and smoking

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in high-volume hotel front office or room division management with a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
• Must secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or applicable entity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk and guest services staff to ensure quality.
• Oversee the hotel room operations, deposits, and billing.
• Address guest service needs and resolve issues.
• Assist in budget management for the Front Office.
• Maintain occupancy levels in collaboration with the sales and revenue team.
• Participate in hiring for Front Office staff.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and maintain attendance records.
• Attend departmental meetings and liaise with leadership.
