Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland in Bossier City is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding guest service at check-in and throughout the guest stay.

You will maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and procedures to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Ideal candidates are 21+ with a High School education or equivalent and prior hotel or luxury retail experience.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret instructions and direction for guests.
• Able to communicate without impediment with guests and staff in all areas relating to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins according to established hotel requirements.
• Promote positive guest relations for information in a congenial manner.
• Document all guest requests, complaints or problems immediately and notify designated department/personnel for resolving the situation.
• Balance receipts and secure bank at end of shift.
