Performance Hospitality Management, managing Courtyard by Marriott in Orlando, is hiring a Front Desk Agent. You will handle guest check-ins/outs, payments, and inquiries, while coordinating with housekeeping and engineering to ensure a smooth arrival-to-departure experience.

Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Comfortable with computers and POS/PMS systems.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Flexible schedule including days/evenings/overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests, process check-ins/outs, room assignments, and special requests.
• Accuracy & Controls: Verify ID and payment, obtain authorizations, maintain folio accuracy; follow cash-handling & security procedures.
• Communication: Answer phones and emails; provide information on property amenities and local area.
• Problem Resolution: Address concerns with empathy and urgency; escalate when needed; document incidents.
• Coordination: Work with Housekeeping/Engineering on room readiness and service recovery; communicate arrivals/late checkouts.
• Technology: Operate PMS/POS systems; run end-of-shift reports; reconcile drawers.
• Sales Mindset: Upsell room types and amenities; promote on-site outlets and local partners.
• Compliance & Standards: Uphold privacy, safety, ADA, and brand policies; keep lobby and workspace clean.
