Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is hiring a Guest Services Agent to support front desk operations and guest relations. You will be the main point of contact for guests during shifts, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with a focus on Sonesta service standards.

You should bring strong customer service, English fluency, and cash handling skills. Prior hotel or retail experience and familiarity with Opera PMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year hotel or retail customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing; other languages beneficial.
• Experience with Office software and hotel systems preferred.
• ServSafe and/or TIPS certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; answer phones courteously.
• Process cash and card transactions; prepare deposits and reports.
• Maintain security of guest information and payment data.
• Book reservations and upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Assist with front desk operations and guest relations during shift.
