Job summary

The D Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service at check-in and check-out, handle reservations, provide information and additional services, and process payments. You will welcome guests by name, resolve issues promptly, and work to maximize guest satisfaction while assisting with inventory control.

Key duties include operating the front desk terminal, issuing keys, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting guests with special needs.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
Have basic math skills.
Must have previous cash handling experience.
Understand and comply with Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with team members and guests.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Practice, promote Company Service Standards at all times.
Accurately create reservations and check guests in and out.
Operate terminal and perform machine maintenance, including issuing keys and keeping area clean.
Address guests by name and answer questions with department and property knowledge.
Assist supervisors in identifying guests with special needs to protect assets and maximize service.
Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
Clean and maintain Front and Back of House areas and report shortages.
