Downtowner Boutique Hotel in Las Vegas seeks a Guest Services Representative / Barback to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage reservations, assist guests, and support bar operations while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism. A friendly attitude and strong communication are essential for creating memorable stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to handle reservations and check-in/check-out with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In/Check-Out: welcome guests and process registrations and departures.
• Reservation Management: handle bookings, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Guest Relations: address complaints professionally and assist with special requests.
• Communication and Coordination: liaise with housekeeping and other departments.
• Administrative Duties: maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely.
• Barback Duties: assist bar operations and maintain bar cleanliness and stock.
• Safety and Security: follow procedures and report hazards.
• Team Collaboration: work with colleagues to maintain service standards.
• Miscellaneous: perform other duties as assigned.
