Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be a key touchpoint for guests, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, accurate billing, and responsive service. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and handle payments in a fast-paced front office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a general office setting.
• Familiarity with hotel procedures, property management systems, and guest service best practices is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Issue room key and provide escort instructions to the guest or Bell Attendant.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, reservations, dining, entertainment, and directions.
• Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts; may make, confirm and cancel reservations.
• Compute bill, collect payment, and post charges as needed; enforce credit policies.
