Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, customer service, or office experience.
• Experience handling guest payments or reservations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Issue room key and escort instructions to Bell Attendant or guest, without announcing room numbers.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, dining, entertainment and directions.
• Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts; may make reservations.
• Compute bill, collect payments, and post charges by hand or machine.
• Understand and enforce hotel credit policies; account for cash and make deposits.
