Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in/out.
• Process registrations and confirmations in the computer system and code charges.
• Verify payments and balance house banks as assigned.
• Answer inquiries and relay information about local attractions and hours.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues per guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area and support other staff as needed.
