Job summary

Aloft Houston By the Galleria is seeking a housekeeping associate to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces to the highest standards. You will stock supplies, clean rooms, and ensure all safety and security procedures are followed to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include entering rooms with proper knock protocol, completing housekeeping checklists, and reporting any damages or hazards.

Qualifications

• Stock cart to ensure enough cleaning supplies and amenities are available.
• Observe knocking procedures when entering guest rooms.
• Clean guest rooms and ensure amenities are stocked; complete the housekeeping checklist.
• Report cleaned rooms to supervisor for inspection.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report hazards or accidents.
• Maintain neat, clean appearance and assist other housekeeping staff as needed.

Responsibilities
