Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff is seeking a full-time Hotel Guest Services Representative in Flagstaff, AZ who will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, process reservations and payments, and share information about local attractions.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, resolve guest concerns, maintain accurate records, promote hotel services, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the hotel’s high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in guest services
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Push/pull up to 50 lbs and carry up to 20 lbs
• Perform front desk duties and operate office equipment
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Work well in a team or independently

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility, reliability, and adherence to assigned shifts and scheduled start times.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HOTEL GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in guest services
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, pivot, and perform front desk duties
• Ability to operate office equipment
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple assignments
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet
