As our full-time Front Desk Attendant, you'll serve as the first and last impression of our hotel. Your day will include welcoming guests with a warm smile, completing efficient check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, assisting with reservations, and providing information about local attractions throughout Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. You'll anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns professionally, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, process payments accurately, and help promote hotel amenities, packages, and services. • Manual dexterity and coordination
• Ability to stand for extended periods and also bend, reach, kneel, pivot, and grip
• Ability to push and pull up up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to organize, plan ahead, and manage a workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and complete multiple assignments in a timely manner
