Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills essential.
• Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
• Handle guest interactions in person and by phone with professionalism.
• Check in guests and ensure correct room type and rates.
• Assist guests with luggage and issue keys, ensuring smooth checkout.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Provide friendly, helpful atmosphere and address guest inquiries.
