You will greet, check-in, and check-out guests, answer questions about services and local attractions, and coordinate with the team to meet guest needs with a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with staff and guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of local events to make recommendations for entertainment, dining, etc.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests; ensure a positive arrival and departure.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms in a warm manner.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment and directions.
• Post charges and manage guest accounts.
• Lead responsibilities in absence of supervisor when applicable.
