Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a front desk professional to deliver exceptional guest service and manage total front office operations at the hotel in San Antonio. You will act as Manager on Duty during late evening/early morning hours, respond to guest requests, and ensure smooth communication with management.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting hotel services, and driving repeat business through reservations and recommendations while maintaining hotel standards and privacy.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to promote hotel services and amenities.
• Experience with front desk operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests when possible.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering future reservations and recommendations for alternate brand-type products.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and report information to the appropriate person.
