Job summary

You will learn hotel services, handle cash procedures, and be part of a team that delivers exceptional service. Previous hospitality experience helps but is not required, with growth opportunities across multiple hotels.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying situations and shifts.
• Ability to work well with a front desk team and guests.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand/move for long periods and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Understand and follow cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, services, hours, locations, and amenities.
• Assist in maintaining lobby and entrance cleanliness.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
