SMI Hotel Group in Minnesota is seeking an upbeat Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service and create memorable experiences for guests. You will assist with check-ins/check-outs and answer questions about rooms, rates, and amenities.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, experience with hotel software like OnQ or Opera, and the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. This is a full-time on-site position with a 7-3pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.

• Resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card processing, and balancing transactions.
• Audit and report on cash and credit postings per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
