Job summary

• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly from registration to checkout and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and confirm reservations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions following established procedures and balance receipts.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other associates to create the best guest experience.
