Job summary

JSK Hospitality LLC is seeking friendly Guest Services Associates to join the front desk team in South Bend, Indiana. You will be the first and last impression for guests, handling check-ins/outs, answering questions, and solving problems to ensure a welcoming stay.

Open to both full-time and part-time candidates who can work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow into supervisory roles and benefit from paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out with a professional, friendly attitude.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in person and by email.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and elevate when needed.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and basic front desk transactions accurately.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Support fellow team members during busy periods.
