Job summary

JSK Hospitality LLC is seeking a Part-time Guest Service Agent for evenings, weekends, and holidays at our South Bend location. You will greet guests, check them in/out, handle reservations, and assist with breakfast service and meeting rooms as needed.

You will also manage phone inquiries, payments, and loyalty enrollment while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming, calm presence in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Greet, register, and check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments, handle cash, and manage billing.
• Answer phones and guest inquiries in a clear, helpful way.
