Job summary

JSK Hospitality in South Bend is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, handle reservations, and manage phone inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.

You will support the Great Room and meeting spaces, process payments, enroll guests in rewards programs, and uphold brand standards. This role requires reliability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check guests in and out accurately.
• Process payments and manage billing.
• Answer phones and guest inquiries clearly and helpfully.
• Take and update reservations.
• Handle guest requests and complaints per brand standards.
• Support the Great Room with breakfast and light F&B service.
• Set up meeting rooms and basic tea/coffee service.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in front desk and public areas.
• Enroll guests in loyalty programs and recognize members.
