Job summary

Bravo Hospitality Group's Atlantis Wisconsin Dells location seeks a front desk associate to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide warm, efficient service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows, Office, and Opera or similar property management system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, packages and promotions.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues with courtesy.
• Use the property management system to access reservations and guest information.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a neat, safe front desk area and accurate records of arrivals/departures.
