Overview

Join to apply for the Park Team Member role at Kids Empire.

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments from guests while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers promptly, greet them, and create a welcoming park atmosphere.
  • Operate the check-in process by collecting liability waivers and guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
  • Manage front desk cash operations: handle payments (cash or card), provide exact change when needed, and process transactions accurately.
  • Verify billing amounts at the POS and ensure accuracy of transactions.
  • Organize the refreshment area with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream; monitor snack inventory and coordinate with management to replenish stock.
  • Walk the floor to identify and communicate any unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
  • Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures (tables, chairs, playground areas).
  • Assist with and participate in family events, ensuring events run efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
  • Stand, walk, bend, and twist regularly.
  • Frequent hand movements and good finger dexterity.
  • Work in noisy environments with children and music.
  • Handle a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
  • Be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
