Job summary

The Leo Kent in Tucson is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations. You will manage charges, cash and card payments, and maintain the front desk system to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly and professionally; assist with pre-registration and reservations when needed.
• Post charges accurately; know where to post all charges.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office system and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card information securely and make change as needed.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel rates, discounts, cancellations, and relocation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations and follow cancellation procedures when required.
