Job summary

The Leo Kent in Tucson is seeking a part-time Front Office Auditor to support front desk operations and nightly accounting processes. You'll review room and tax postings, ensure accuracy, and help with system back-ups and PC maintenance as needed.

You will be part of a guest-focused team, delivering prompt, warm, and professional service while following accounting policies. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required, with attention to detail and teamwork as core strengths.

Qualifications

• Focus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions.
• High work ethic and self-initiative, proactive, detailed orientated.
• May be required to work varying schedules to include weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and each outlet of the hotel.
• Review room and tax posting on computer or register for accuracy, correcting errors.
• Complete back-up of front office computer system and night audit program daily (if applicable).
• Understand, know and follow management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Responsible for all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, answering calls within 3 rings.
