You will register guests, issue keys, manage reservations, collect payments, and keep the camp store organized and stocked. The role requires strong communication, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist at the front desk per KOA standards.
• Register guests, issue keys, and manage reservations and payments.
• Maintain store displays and inventory control.
• Upsell ancillary services to increase revenue.
• Respond to guest questions about campground amenities and local attractions.
• Prepare reports for shift checklists and downtime.
