Job summary

HEGG COMPANIES, INC./HEGG HOSPITALITY is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Sioux Falls, SD for a part-time role. You will be the face of the hotel, greet guests, handle inquiries, and manage check-in/check-out processes while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Typical shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with weekend availability required. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong customer service skills; benefits include health, vision and life insurance, PTO, and an employer-matched 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Weekend and afternoon/evening availability is a must.
• Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and resolve inquiries and problems in person or by phone.
• Process telephone, sales, and reservation tasks and complete administrative duties.
• Collaborate with sales team and staff to provide excellent guest experiences.
• Perform check-in and check-out in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain lobby/desk cleanliness and supply levels; order supplies when needed.
• Uphold hotel values and standards in daily activities.
