Qualifications

• On-site availability and ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Detail oriented; customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office staff and assist GM when unavailable.
• Address guest complaints professionally and build guest relations.
• Provide guest service training and maintain training records.
• Assist GM and sales team in achieving revenue and expense targets.
• Support hiring, training, and development of hotel team members.
