Trailborn Hotels & Resorts seeks a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional service and ensure guests have a comfortable stay. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism to create a memorable experience.

Responsibilities include checking in guests, assisting with luggage and transportation, and maintaining a welcoming front desk. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• PM availability and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and check them in.
• Answer inquiries about facilities and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and requests.
• Maintain a clean front desk and lobby.
• All other duties as assigned.
