Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Services Agent to welcome arrivals, assist with requests, and ensure a smooth check-in to check-out experience. The role requires professional, personable hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, or resort experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude
• Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and complete check-in while ensuring guest information is accurate
• Answer guest questions and provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation needs, and other requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
