Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (23 kg) and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Handle guest bookings and upsell opportunities.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Provide local information and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and report incidents.
• Keep guests informed about events and the day's schedule.
• Act as a brand ambassador through professional appearance.
• Support colleagues with additional duties as needed.
