Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests at Home2 Savannah Airport, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle cashiering duties with accuracy. You will upsell services and provide local information to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalence.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred, Hilton PEP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly first impression.
• Register guests, verify reservations, and process payments in the computer system.
• Handle cash and balance the cash drawer; maintain accurate records.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with check-out and finalizing services and payments.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local area.
• Follow hotel policies including safety and security standards.
• Participate in upselling and marketing programs to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with management and team members professionally.
