Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide exceptional front desk service.
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures, process payments, and manage guest accounts.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy records using property management systems.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain lobby area, restock supplies, and ensure space is presentable and secure.
• Assist with laundry or housekeeping prep as needed to ensure room readiness.
