RRI, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Representative (GSR) to maintain positive guest interactions while responding courteously to their needs. This role includes handling reservations, performing accounting functions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years in customer service. A friendly attitude and basic office skills are essential, as well as availability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a previous customer service position required.
• Must maintain professional appearance in uniform.
• Capable of changing tasks while operating a computer.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with friendly greeting and perform guest related services.
• Handle reservation requests and check guests in/out.
• Perform daily cash count and prepare bank deposit.
