Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Milpitas, CA seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized hospitality from arrival to departure. You will be part of the Front Office team, assisting guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, billing inquiries, and requests while representing the brand's service standards.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Experience with PMS, reservations platforms, and POS systems.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver outstanding service at check-in and check-out.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and guest requests.
• Process transactions accurately using PMS and POS.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to smooth operations.
• Maintain lobby and Front Desk cleanliness and presentation.
• Support VIP arrivals and group check-ins as needed.
