Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Greet members and guests with a smile at check-in.
• Check in all members and guests per procedures.
• Relay messages via club software at check-in.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Inform members about events, services and schedules.
• Maintain a welcoming, helpful club atmosphere.
• Assist with member requests or escalate to management.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all policies and standards in Employee Handbook.
• Sell retail products when applicable at the front desk.
• Schedule member service needs and coordinate with staff.
• Assist in retail, childcare, or other front desk areas as needed.
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in ongoing club projects as directed.
