Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Representative to welcome members, check in guests, and support daily club operations in a fast-paced gym environment. You will respond to inquiries, relay messages, and assist with events while maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Requirements include fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to multitask with energy and patience. Open availability and 18+ years old are needed to join our team.

Qualifications

Fluent English required.
Strong reading and writing skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
18+ years old; able to work in a fast-paced gym environment.
Must be able to multitask with energy and patience; open availability.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests with a welcoming demeanor.
Check in members and guests per procedures.
Handle club software messages at check-in and relay messages as needed.
Answer phones courteously and professionally.
Inform members of events and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Sell retail products where applicable and assist with member services.
