Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co in Arlington is seeking a warm Front Office Agent to greet guests and deliver memorable check-in and check-out experiences. You will blend hospitality with proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced lobby environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in guest services, familiarity with Opera PMS, and a passion for outstanding service. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability are needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Promote hotel services and local attractions to guests.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
• Process check-out procedures and handle cash accurately.
• Monitor cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism and safety.
• Attend all mandatory trainings and maintain attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
