Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and deliver an outstanding hospitality experience. You will manage room assignments, handle payments, and promote hotel services while maintaining a smooth, welcoming front desk and lobby environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year guest service experience, familiarity with Opera PMS, and the ability to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced Midtown hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year guest service experience in hotel/hospitality.
• Experience with Property Management System, Opera preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms per guest preferences and requests.
• Verify credit and payment information per hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of events, group bookings, and banquet orders.
• Handle check-out procedures and cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism and safety.
• Maintain regular attendance and work varying schedules as needed.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
